Associate Resource Groups
Associate Resource Groups (ARGs) are Associate-led groups centered around common interests, backgrounds and experiences. They are an important component of our People First culture and help Associates feel a sense of belonging and connection within the organization. All SpartanNash Associates are welcome to participate in any of our Associate Resource Groups.
Today, we have four ARGs that have an Executive Leadership Team sponsor who assists with communication and connection.
