Position Summary:

This role is responsible to provide administrative support to assigned department to include, but not limited to, prepare and distribute department reports, maintain department calendars, maintain department files and records, make travel arrangements, make copies, fax documents, answer phones, etc.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Performs administrative support functions of a confidential nature.

  • Coordinates and arranges meetings and prepares agendas.

  • Composes and types of routine correspondence.

  • Prepares outgoing mail and reports, including email and faxes.

  • Organizes and maintains file system and files correspondence and other records.

  • Conducts research, compiles, and prepares statistical reports.

  • Uses judgment to determine action to take in routine situations.

  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Two years general clerical/office experience preferred.

  • Basic office and computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to work collaboratively

  • Detail oriented

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal

  • Advanced Computer Skills

  • Organizational Skills (work independently)

  • Ability to multi-task, handling any priorities at any given time

  • Multi-phone line system experience

Physical Requirements:

May be required to lift and/or move 20 pounds. The associate is frequently required to sit/stand/walk. While performing the duties of this position, the associate is subject to a typical office environment and is rarely exposed to outside weather conditions. Temperatures may vary for those subject to any of the following areas: computer/server room, print shop, production area). The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate but may be high in distribution settings. Travel requirements vary by assignment.
