4150 W Blount St - Pensacola, Florida 32505Great Schedule! Day shift- 7:30AM to 4:00PM
In this hands-on role, you’ll work alongside experienced technicians to inspect, maintain, and repair reefer units while building your skills through structured training and certifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance (PMs), inspections, and minor repairs with supervision
- Complete detailed work orders (Complaint, Cause, Correction)
- Support senior technicians and assist with shop projects
- Follow company and manufacturer maintenance standards
Training & Growth
- Hands-on training with experienced technicians
- Ongoing technical modules and certifications
- Manufacturer training programs
Qualifications
- EPA 608/609 Certification preferred
- Basic mechanical skills or strong aptitude to learn
- Knowledge of vehicle systems or truck components is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High attention to detail and quality work
