Position Summary:

As a Reclaim Team Member, you will execute functions related to the processing, recording, and validation of unique items for vendor credits, formerly performed by a third-party service. Our company has unique contractual relationships with vendors which enables the company to secure credit for unsaleable product under very specific conditions.

Here’s what you’ll do:

•Process individual product units meeting specific eligibility requirements for vendor credit under the vendor agreements
•Segregate items which do not meet eligibility requirements for vendor credit under the vendor agreements
•Scan eligible products to record them as having been processed
•Validate the proper scanning and recording of the processed items utilizing proprietary systems tailored specifically for this function
•Perform required logging of items according to their status as eligible for vendor credit or within other categories
•Meet efficiency and quality standards
•Comply with company Safety and Food Safety processes and procedures
•Stay current on functional and other training requirements related to this position

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to monitor and work within a team environment
  • Ability to lift 30-70lbs and work in varying temperatures
  • Familiar with safety requirements and OSHA
  • This position requires constant standing, bending, stooping and lifting
  • Basic computer skills are a must (Microsoft Office and Mainframe)

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must frequently sit, walk and stand, use hands to handle, grasp, and twist objects, tools, or controls, and use both feet for repetitive movements as in operating foot controls. Must frequently walk, talk, crouch, kneel, bend, stoop, twist, and reach with the hands and arms. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance as needed. While performing the duties of this position, employees are subject to a warehouse environment and may frequently be exposed to changes in temperature and humidity based on assignment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high. Employees must be able to work weekends, holidays, days and night hours, and overtime as necessary and as assigned, and must be able to work in the condition specified for 8-10 hours shift as assigned. Travel requirements vary by assignment.
