Position Summary:

This role is responsible for supporting the execution and implementation of assigned Marketing programs. As the POS Marketing Coordinator, a large focus will be working with various internal and/or external teams to coordinate the communication and distribution of integrated Marketing solutions. By doing so, the promotional materials, signage and digital displays will drive sales and shopper engagement.

Here's what you’ll do:

  • Contribute in the development, execution, tracking and optimization of in-store point of sale signage requests to support marketing programs.

  • Work with various internal departments and external customers (i.e. vendors, retailers, agencies, etc.) to execute marketing initiatives and programs that are consistent with the Company brand.

  • Develop and maintain marketing project schedules and status reports; may include cost estimates and tracking of the actual expenses.

  • Assist in assigned budget tracking and provide reporting to management to help with the financial/budget analysis.

  • Partner with vendors and internal departments as directed to ensure financial numbers are accurate.

  • Expand current knowledge of industry trends and best marketing practices by supporting the improvement of current programs and processes.

  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s or Associate's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

  • 1-2+ years of marketing, category management, product management and/or product development experience.

  • Consistently curious about shoppers, competitors, and the market.

  • Ability to balance long-term planning with short-term business needs.

  • Capable of working with ambiguity and to provide independent thinking supported by fact-based rationale.

  • Experienced in developing and executing compelling marketing creative from concept to activation, with or without agency support.

  • Passionate internal champion for brands and for the marketing function.

While performing the duties of this position, the associate is subject to a typical office environment and is rarely exposed to outside weather conditions. Temperatures may vary for those subject to any of the following areas: computer/server room, print shop, production area). The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate but may be high in distribution settings. Travel requirements vary by assignment.
