Position Summary:
This role is part of the Merchandising team and will report to a Vice President of Merchandising, supporting them with a variety of projects.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- This position will partner with cross-functional teams to help drive different aspects of our strategic priorities, focused on our retail business model
- Complete specific duties and projects within Merchandising
- Responsible to participate in strategic projects that align to the delivery of key EBITDA targets
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to contribute to its objectives
- Responsible to complete or participate in at least one strategic project and give a short presentation to the executive team that showcases the project
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed

- Currently pursuing an MBA degree, graduating after December 2025
